  Basic／Safe／Motorcycle License Holder Plan

• ①One copy of your certificate of residence (entire family register)(Not required if you have a motorcycle license, a moped license, or a temporary license)
• ②Six photos (3cm high x 2.4cm wide)
• ③Lesson fee

  Experienced Drivers with Lapsed or Revoked Licenses Plan

• ①One copy of your certificate of residence (entire family register)(Not required if you have a motorcycle license, a moped license, or a temporary license)

• ④Provisional Driver's License(Only person who get Provisional Driver's License)

  Foreign License Conversion

• ①Please present your Residence Card or Foreign Registration.

  Drivers in Name Only／Ordinary Vehicle Class 2 License Plan
